With over 20 years of experience in executive coaching and leadership development, I specialize in guiding leaders through pivotal moments in their careers. My approach combines deep self-reflection with actionable strategies, helping clients navigate complex challenges and achieve meaningful growth.
With formal qualifications in executive coaching, business, psychology, occupational therapy, and yoga, I bring over 20 years of professional development experience in Coaching and Leadership. As a former faculty member at Integral Coaching Canada (2014-2023), I've worked with executives from over 20 nations, offering insights into the common and complex challenges leaders face globally. My role includes coaching women in Johnson & Johnson's Executive Development Program across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa, and participating in the Global Women's Leadership Development Program for Chevron USA. I'm also part of the Epiphany Global Coaching Team, serving clients such as Microsoft, Canadian Blood Services, and Hewlett Packard.
My strength lies in guiding leaders through pivotal moments, helping them explore direction, purpose, and contribution. I create a confidential space for clients to engage in self-reflective work, fostering growth and balance. My coaching approach involves honoring clients' pasts, recognizing unhelpful patterns, and co-creating new ways forward. After 19 years in South Africa, I returned to Canada in late 2020, living on the West Coast with my family. I enjoy trail running, swimming, yoga, hiking, reading, writing, and exploring new places.
