Cancellation Policy

For Integral Coaching Canada Students

All course registrations are secured on a first come, first-served basis and your registration in a course is dependent upon receipt of your Non-Refundable Deposit. Tuition rates and payments are all in Canadian Dollars.

Cancellation & Refunds

1.     The Registration Deposit is Non-Refundable.

2.     For any cancellation made 30 days or more prior to the course start date, two options are available:

  • A refund will be issued for any payments made, minus the Non-Refundable Deposit Fee, OR
  • The participant may transfer to the next offering of this course with no financial penalty. Transfers may be permitted only once.

3.     For a cancellation made less than 30 days to the course start date, no refund will be issued and 100% of the course tuition plus taxes, minus any payments already made, will become immediately due and payable. I understand as a participant that no refunds are provided within 30 days of the program course start date.

4.   Any outstanding payment are due upon completion of the course. ICC reserves the right to withhold a certificate of completion, pending the full amount being paid.

Withdrawal once the program course has commenced

I understand that no refunds are provided once the program has begun. Should a participant withdraw from the course program at any time, for any reason, once it has commenced, Integral Coaching Canada is entitled to the full tuition as consideration for assuming the responsibilities in undertaking the program. If the tuition is being paid in installments, the full amount becomes immediately due and payable.

I understand that services will be withheld if tuition payment is not received by the date due.
