ntegral Coaching® Fundamentals is a three day course that introduces our Integral Coaching® method and its associated skills through means that are practical and immediately applicable in your day-to-day world. While this method and the theory behind it are extensive in terms of scope and complexity, it can also be understood in a more condensed and focused form that gives participants a taste of extraordinary new perspectives and capabilities that can be used immediately in almost any situation or conversation, at work and at home.
Participants learn the fundamental Integral Coaching® method that provides a valuable context for learning and practicing powerful ways to be in conversations with others. By learning how to view situations and clients (staff, colleagues, clients) from multiple perspectives, how to listen more comprehensively and have speaking become powerfully informed by listening, participants walk out of three days able to practice this method immediately. Beyond learning the fundamentals of Integral Coaching®, students also readily learn when coaching is appropriate and when is it not.
Participants leave the course with an excellent understanding of how coaching differs from other disciplines (managing, mentoring, etc.) and how to employ the Integral Coaching® method in work and personal environments.
This course is relevant to anyone who is interested in coaching and practicing it in a supportive environment, learning about our method for approaching and sustaining change, or connecting with other professionals in this field of work. New coaches and managers are welcome, as are those who are simply exploring “Integral” and its application in the field of coaching. Experienced coaches also find the Fundamentals course to be profound as they reconnect with Integral Coaching® conversations in a condensed form for day-to-day coaching conversations.
