Your Unique Voice is a half-day workshop designed for ICC-trained coaches who want to strengthen one of the most powerful, and often most elusive, skills: how to talk about the work they do in ways that feel real, resonant, and reflective of their purpose. This workshop is for coaches who long to better articulate what they offer in a way that feels grounded and alive, whether you’re building a practice, making the case for coaching within your organization, or simply wanting to feel more at ease when someone asks, “So… what do you do?”

We bring deep care and commitment to our work. But when it comes to speaking about that work, many of us hesitate, unsure how to express the depth, nuance, and value of what we offer. Your Unique Voice creates a space to bridge that gap: a place where your language begins to meet your lived purpose, and where you communicate more of who you are as a coach.

Over the course of this 4-hour live Zoom session, you’ll work with a supportive group of fellow ICC-trained coaches and an experienced Teacher to explore and expand the way you express your coaching. You’ll clarify the essence of your coaching offering, what you want to do, who it’s for, and why it matters. You’ll explore how to translate that purpose into words that feel clear and true, and that resonate with the people you most want to serve. This is not about pitching or polishing, it’s about growing your capacity to speak from the heart of your work, with both clarity and connection.

This is a highly interactive session. Through guided writing, reflection, and real-time practice with partners, you’ll:

• Develop language that aligns with your purpose.

• Try out different ways of speaking your message, in a safe and supportive space.

• Practice listening and attuning so that your voice can meet others where they are.

• Receive feedback to help refine not just what you say, but how you say it.

You'll engage in exercises that bring awareness to not only your words, but your tone, presence, posture, and impact.

This workshop is a launchpad, not a finish line. You’ll leave with clearer language, deeper insight, and a sense of next steps. Whether that’s refining your message, continuing practice with peers, or simply noticing how your voice evolves as you use it.

The Practice of Mastery is a five-month experience designed exclusively for Integral Master Coaches™ who feel a call to their next edge of growth, and who are ready to step even more fully into the art and impact of their coaching. This intimate experience welcomes those actively coaching and those looking to reignite their coaching practice after time away.

The Practice of Mastery is designed to deepen your expertise as an Integral Master Coach™, empowering you to bring greater ease and nuance to your practice. Within an intimate, engaging, and rigorous learning environment, this advanced program offers coaching supervision and mentoring to elevate your impact as a coach and grow your unique developmental edges. Over the five months, you'll participate in five small-group sessions and three one-on-one calls, equipping you to take your coaching to new heights and make a more profound difference for your clients in ways that are both practical and profound. Led by experienced ICC Faculty, this program weaves in the seamless integration of essential paradoxes, such as intuition and rigor, art and science, preparation and spontaneity, form and flow, intimacy and accuracy, presence and perspective. All held in today’s challenging environment.

Participants will learn and apply all of the latest advancements and refinements to the Integral Coaching^® Method to their own client work. They will refine their design of coaching programs, and abilities to perceive, listen, and offer to their clients with heightened awareness. This workshop includes advancements to the theory of Integral Coaching^® while going well beyond theory. The course gives a dedicated community of Integral Master Coaches™ opportunities to present casework, receive and give feedback, and support each other in developing and practicing skillful applications of the Integral Coaching^® Method.

The program provides participants with the very latest updates and refinements to the Integral Coaching^® Method, setting them up for success in their personal development focus and advanced client work. Throughout the program, one-on-one calls with the teacher will dive deeply into each participant’s personal growth journey. Group calls will center around dynamic client case work presentations and explorations, offering rich opportunities for collaborative learning and skill advancement. Participants will receive the feedback, input, and care of Master Coach peers and the experience, skill, and attention of an experienced ICC Teacher and Coach.
